You request a time
Whichever route you use, nothing is held yet. You get an immediate acknowledgement so you know it reached us.
30 minutes
A short, direct conversation about the operation, product or engineering problem you are trying to solve. No presentation, no sales sequence — if it is not something SKI should build, we will say so on the call.
01 / Choose a slot
Every time below is shown in your own timezone. Choosing one sends us a request — we confirm it, and only then does the calendar invitation go out.
Loading available times…
Use the short form below with two or three windows that work in your timezone, and we will come back with a confirmed slot and a calendar invitation.
Send your preferred times02 / None of those work?
If the grid does not fit your schedule or your timezone, just tell us when you are free. A person reads this — you are not filling in a ticket queue.
Helpful to know
03 / What happens next
Three steps, and you are told where you stand at each one.
04 / Practical questions
No — and we would rather be straight about that than show you a false confirmation. Picking a time sends us a request. We confirm within one business day, and only then does the calendar invitation go out. If the time has gone in the meantime, we reply with the nearest alternatives.
You describe the operation, product or engineering problem. We ask about the workflow, the people in it and the systems already in place. You ask whatever you need to about how we work, what it costs and who would build it.
There is no slide deck. If what you need is better served by an off-the-shelf product, or sits outside what we do well, we will tell you on the call rather than take the work and learn on your budget.
Yours. The scheduler detects your timezone automatically and shows every slot in local time, and the form below records it too. We work from Chennai, India (IST, UTC+5:30) and regularly take calls early or late for clients in other regions — a system running in Abu Dhabi did not build itself during Indian office hours.
Someone who would actually work on your project — usually a founder. You will not be handed from an account manager to a technical person later; the people on the call are the people accountable for delivery.
Nothing formal. It helps if you can describe where the work slows down today, which systems or spreadsheets are in use, and roughly how many people would use what you want built. If you have a document already, send it — but a conversation is genuinely enough to start.
Yes, from the links in the calendar invitation, or just reply to the confirmation email. No penalty and no follow-up sequence if you decide not to proceed.
Completely fine — a call is not a prerequisite. Use the contact page, or email us directly and describe the problem in your own words.
