Start a project

Bring the bottleneck.
Leave with a system.

Describe the operation, product or engineering problem in your own words. We will tell you honestly whether it is something SKI should build — and if it is, how we would structure the path from requirement to deployment.

01 / Send an enquiry

Tell us what is
not working.

You do not need a specification. A few honest sentences about where the work slows down, what people are working around, or what you want to build is enough for a useful first conversation.

Useful to include

  • — The workflow or decision that is costing time
  • — Which systems or spreadsheets are in use today
  • — Roughly how many people would use the system
  • — Any date you are working towards

We reply within one business day. Your details are used only to answer this enquiry and are never sold or shared — see our privacy notice.

02 / What happens next

No sales sequence.
Three steps, then a decision.

You will not be added to a drip campaign. Here is exactly what follows an enquiry.

1

A reply from a person

Within one business day, from someone who has read what you wrote — not an autoresponder. If your problem is not one SKI should take, we say so in that first reply.

2

A 30-minute call

We ask about the workflow, the people in it and the systems already in place. You ask whatever you need to about how we work, what it costs and who would build it.

3

A written system boundary

If it is a fit, we run a short diagnostic and give you a scoped build plan with phases. That document is yours to act on — with us or with anyone else.

03 / Before you write

Questions people ask first.

I am not sure whether my project is big enough.

Ask anyway. A single workflow that is quietly costing a person a day a week is a perfectly good first project — in fact it is our preferred starting point, because it is small enough to prove quickly and it tells us both whether we work well together.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk in detail?

Yes, and we prefer to. We sign a mutual NDA before any commercially sensitive detail is shared. Your operational, financial and customer data never appears on this site, and no client is used as a public reference without written permission.

How much does a project cost?

It depends entirely on scope, which is why we fix scope first. The diagnostic produces a defined system boundary that is then quoted as a fixed-scope phase — so you are approving a specific number for a specific outcome rather than an open-ended hourly meter.

Do you work with organisations outside India?

Yes. We have a system in daily production use in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Work is delivered remotely with scheduled review sessions, and we adjust meeting times to your working hours.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Sometimes. It depends on the state of the codebase and whether the original approach can carry the requirement. We would start with a short technical review and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is the better use of your money.
