The operating requirement combined rapid cashier billing, menu and stock control, UAE VAT settings, thermal printing, cash-drawer handling, shift accountability and reliable local backup in one lightweight system.
02 / THE SYSTEM
A complete counter workflow without a cloud dependency.
The system stores restaurant settings, menu items, held orders, sales and shift data locally. It supports role-based cashier and administrator workflows, printable receipts and shift reports, automatic restocking rules, sales export and hardware-aware printer and cash-drawer operation.
